Trade coordination between Chinese, African and Scandinavian counterparties
Commercial coordination between the counterparties, covering raw material flows, logistics and finance terms.
Most failed Africa projects do not fail on the idea — they fail on sequencing, counterparties and paperwork. We plan your market entry, verify who you deal with, and stay with you through the first shipments, the first customers and the first twelve months.
The same market entry framework applies in both directions: Scandinavian companies entering African markets, and African companies seeking market access in Scandinavia and Europe. Our fees are based on the assignment, not the client's country of origin.

Published prices are indicative starting prices. Final fees depend on scope, geography, complexity, duration and required on-site work and are confirmed in writing before an assignment begins. All prices are stated in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable. Travel, accommodation, local transportation, interpreters, laboratory testing, government fees, third-party data, legal services and other external costs are charged separately unless explicitly included in the proposal.

We identify and verify distributors, buyers, agents or partners on the ground before you commit.
We support the first transactions and stay available for follow-up during the first year.
It is the work between deciding to enter a market and having your first paying customer or first delivered shipment: choosing an entry mode, selecting and verifying counterparties, setting up documentation and payment terms, and following up locally.
Market research answers whether a market is worth entering. Market entry is the execution afterwards — how you enter, with whom, in which order and on what terms.
For most Scandinavian companies a verified distributor or agent is the right first step, with a local entity considered once volumes and demand are proven. We assess this per market rather than by default.
An entry plan is typically ready in four to six weeks. Execution through the first transactions usually spans three to twelve months, depending on product, regulation and counterparty.
We work primarily in West Africa, with Côte d'Ivoire as our operational base, and cover additional markets through our local partner network.
